Tattoo Day

So today I went for my 6th tattoo in a really cute little tattoo studio near where I live in Coventry.

I decided on the design at Christmas but have been way too busy procrastinating to actually get it done until now. I chose a camera because I have a real passion for photography and I’d really like to explore it in my final year at uni, and, well, I just really like camera tattoos.

Simple pleasures

Having not worn jeans since I was 16 I figured 2012 was the year to rediscover them. After I total Primark binge I realised I’d forgotten just how good the jeans and tee combo actually was. And so easy. Get up, find your jeans in your floordrobe, throw on a tshirt… boom.

(Note: Super Skinny Jeans DO NOT LIE!)

So this weekend was my last at home before I go back to uni for 3 months. I took advantage of not having to travel back on Sunday and spent it recovering from a night in a rock club in Newcastle, Krash. It’s my FAVOURITE club, however I always come home injured… We all love a mystery bruise right?

It pains me to have to go back to Coventry (the most depressing ‘city’ in the world) and miss out on my mother’s cooking, a real sofa and central heating, but it means the obligatory New Year diet can officially commence because of abysmal lack of funds.

It’s not all doom and gloom though. I am looking forward to a little trip to Paris over Valentine’s day with the Fashion family and a belated New Year’s party with the uni kids. YAY!

Another year over and a new one just begun

So it’s 2012…

After a chilled night in for New Year’s Eve with the mother watching Harry Potter and drunkenly singing Auld Lang Syne at midnight, today was spent at my Gran’s eating ourselves into a food coma with copious amounts of pork and crackling. I found these socks at the back of my sock drawer after several years of forgetting about them. Definitely pleased they’ve been found. And this jumper is one of my favourites 🙂

Boxing Day

Spike bracelet - Topshop, Cross ring - Topshop, bag - Miss Selfridge

So on Boxing Day you will always find me at the bar. This year I took myself to Newcastle. Most people forget Christmas after the big day but mine lives on till New Year so I kept my outfit festive with a red shirt 🙂
